Hi! My name is Kellee Webb, and I am the Vice President of Human Resources for Cenikor Foundation. I created the Purposeful HR blog to share my perspective on HR, management and leadership topics. I truly enjoy researching the full spectrum of HR, management and leadership topics, and distilling information down to a usable form for management teams to reach their objectives.
Helping non-profit leaders achieve their mission through effective team management is the goal. My ultimate vision is to create an army of highly effective, servant leaders for the non-profit industry.

Bio:
I grew up in Edna, Texas, and I've lived in Houston, Texas since 1990. I picked up my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. I became certified as a PHR in 2000 and SPHR in 2011.
I have worked at a mix of for-profit and non-profit organizations, including several years as an HR consultant. I have found the perfect blend of the heart-centered, mission-oriented culture of a non-profit with the professionalism and goal-driven culture of a for-profit at Cenikor Foundation. It is truly a pleasure to serve such a passionate, driven and successful team, and to assist as they serve our clients and we achieve our mission.
